Robot Programming

As automation processes have evolved, Quality Design Services, Inc invested in a Robot Department to support our Controls Engineering team. The QDS Robot team is led by experienced industry robot programmers that are well versed in ABB and Fanuc robots.

Manufacturing Execution System

Evolution of automation to Industry 4.0 has spurred the necessity for MES or Manufacturing Execution Systems. Quality Design Services, Inc. started an MES department in 2015, working on a battery line. With the increased demand for efficiency and intuitive production QDS has moved with the industry to expand MES to warehouse management and now into powertrain, as well. The MES team is lead by engineers that have over a decade of experience in MES integration and project management.
